    Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. How anyone can say "great service" is beyond me. My wife and I went on a Saturday evening. The waitress sat us down at a table with no silverware or napkins, which we had to request. Then she asked if we'd like water, and we said Yes, but that never happened. Finally someone ELSE took our order, and he forgot the water as well. When the food finally arrived, it was disgusting. My pizza was watery and tasteless, and poorly conceived, and my wife's brown chicken sauce tasted like the hypothetical equivalent of a sweaty gym sock. In a word, atrocious. The really shoddy service and the disgusting food made us simply ask for the check, express our disappointment, and get the hell out of there. We won't be going to Fazooli's ever again.....ANYWHERE. This is what we get for ditching great restaurants like Montana's and East Side Mario's for dives like this.
